President
I joined the WCPA in 2019, became 2nd Vice President in 2021 and President in 2023. I've enjoyed working with a great group of people who are dedicated to keeping the art of plowing in our community. I have been involved in the farming community since I was 12 years old, helping on the Davis farm in Brampton. I spent many years plowing but had never plowed competitively since 2019. Since then, I've developed a new respect for plowing in the competitive world.

First Vice President
I'm 17 years old and I started plowing at 9 years old with my grandpa; and I joined the WCPA at 10 years old. I just graduated high-school and I am working on an apprenticeship for a heavy equipment mechanic. I am also very involved in the 4h dairy club and have competed at The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair twice.

Second Vice President
I joined the Plowmen's Association when I had the privilege of being crowned the Wellington County Queen of the Furrow for the 23/24 year. The program gave me the incredible opportunity to get more involved in my community and the Plowmen's association. Since then I have taken up the position of second vice president for our association and have had the opportunity to attend our annual general meetings and help support our local match preparations and
community members.

Treasurer & Secretary
I am unsure of exactly when I joined The Wellington County Plowmen’s Association as apparently my father, Morris Day, was signing me up for years before I even knew I was a member! Regardless, for me I first met the association as a host farmer for IPM 2000 in Elora held at Webfoot Farms & Hatchery Ltd. I became 2nd Vice president in year 2013, but then pivoted to Secretary and Treasurer in 2014 which I have continued to serve since.

County Representative & Queen Advisor

Queen Committee Chair
I have been a part of the WCPA since I was crowned Princess of the Furrow in 2018, later becoming Queen of the Furrow in 2022. Following my time as queen, I took on the role of Chair of the Queen and Princess of the Furrow Program. Since then I have rebuilt the committee, creating a strong group to help support our agricultural representatives during their reign and while preparing them to represent our association at the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo. My goal is to keep Wellington deeply rooted in the community as an association while expanding the board across the county.
